I’ll never do squats again. I was doing deadlift squats with moderate weight and fucked my low back up SOOOOOO bad. I couldn’t walk right for about 6 weeks and I was in excruciating pain!!! fuck that shit!!!!!!
also, bc the legs are such a big muscle group, the bigger they are the more testosterone your body will produce therefore allowing your body to sustain more muscle mass
@ABCba5tard push-ups (do variations on these: shoulder width, diamond, wide arm), pull-ups and chin-ups, crunches (including reverse, bicycles are good too). Equally as important, maintain a consistent cardio routine including jogging, doing sprint sets, etc. Cardio will cut the excess fat throughout your entire body and keep you lean and defined. You don’t need a gym membership or dead weights to stay fit.

i would add “Shoulder raisers”

I dont have a barbell but i do have a pull up bar. how effective can the bar be on my back?
